machines

All radiator cores are put together manually by qualified
technicians
to deliver a hand crafted product, whose accuracy is checked by
machines, to the market.

All radiator cores are sent to the oven to ensure they have the
solidity and strength tolast in
severe cold and hot climates, and to ensure they are able to endure
rough weather and road conditions.
Furthermore, they are pressure tested one by one to check for leaks
and strength.

Radiator tanks in all shapes
and sizes are manufactured from the best quality steels and
coppers.
These tanks are then installed on the cores with (depending on the
application)
either the highest quality gaskets or soldering grades.

After the above mentioned
procedures, the assembly line puts the parts together
and tests them for the last time.

Every finished assembly is washed with special chemicals and dried
then
painted with high quality paint. This extends the life of the
radiators by
improving the resistance of the copper and steel.

Every product is controlled
very carefully for specification accuracy, and
manufacturing or painting faults before they are put into boxes
and stored at the warehouse for delivery.
